Career Share provides exposure.
It is our responsibility to illuminate possibilities. For many youth and adults, their environments have limited access or have negatively shaped their understanding and perception of what's possible in their futures.
Our volunteers bridge the gap between the unknown and the realization of possibility, all while shattering stereotypes along the way. We facilitate access so that career explorers can speak directly with career professionals and ask questions to learn as much as possible about the career field that interests them.
Career Share educates.
Our nonprofit equips participants with free educational tools to securely grasp this stage in their career exploration process. Through educational workshops, trainings, speakers series and panel events, we help to increase knowledge and improve capabilities related to career exploration.
